THE FIRM AND ITS OBJECTIVES

R.J. Clark & Associates, P.C. is a professional corporation engaged in the practice of public accounting in Roswell, Georgia. The Firm is over twenty years old, with fifteen years in the Roswell location. R.J. Clark & Associates, P.C. maintains correspondent relationships with selected firms that enable us to meet client needs for services outside our normal practice area.

We have as an overriding objective the provision of high quality audit, accounting, tax, and advisory services to clients in the best professional manner. All members of the firm are expected to comply with this statement of philosophy in order to achieve that objective.

We are a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Under the auspices of the AICPA the firm is a member of the SEC Practice Section. We are also a member of the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Our Firm, with staff and associates, offers a full range of services for individuals and businesses, large or small. Those services include Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) audits, governmental audits, auditing not-for-profit entities, new business start up, payroll services, accounting services at the client location or at our office, individual tax returns, tax planning and Internal Revenue Service problem resolution.

We keep current on accounting and tax matters for you. Our information technology staff stays abreast of technological changes to ensure an efficient operation whether it is an in-house accounting program we help set up in your office or one we maintain for you at our location.
